Do you know that you can control Abaqus from any other applications? Among these applications we find Matlab a powerful mathematical tool for data science (e.g. statistics, optimization, machine learning…).
In this course you will discover how to exploit the finite element simulation capabilities of Abaqus from Matlab by means of 2 numerical finite element models (a helical spring and a cold rolling process). These 2 models will be fully developed in Abaqus through Python scripts during the course.
